Oneonta Buffalo Fan Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Jp is not the answer if he keeps fumbling like this.
daquixers_is_back Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 With this line we need a QB who has extremely sticky hands.
Bungee Jumper Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 http://www.nfl.com/fans/rules/protectionofpasser No mention of penalty. But whatever. Lets just tell Losman to sit down every time he is about to get sacked. 812333 Lots of stuff isn't in there. It's the "fans" rulebook, not the "official" rule book or the "Patriots" rule book. Let me know what the official rules say. When you find them. Good luck with that.
SACTOBILLSFAN Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 If a player is not touched down by the opposition, he is able to get back up and run. 812331 You're wrong. Case in point: a WR can catch a football and immediately hit the ground on his own and give himself up and he's down where he hit the ground. You'll see this a great deal in 2 minute drives.
Max997 Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 If a player is not touched down by the opposition, he is able to get back up and run. 812331 not when they are the QB and they give themselves up....I am amazed that this many people are not aware of this rule
DCBongo Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Its one thing when they hit him from the blind side, but Grabel was right in front of him, how can JP not know to PROTECT THE DAMN BALL at this point in his career?
ACor58 Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 That is his 6th fumble this year and the 4th one that he has lost. That doesn't count the number of snaps that he has dropped.
Lurker Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 All those fans dressed as blue seats are looking pretty smart right now...
OnTheRocks Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 that was one of the best sacks i have ever seen. (the Kelsy sack that is.)
UConn James Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Look like it was Peters fault on that sack. 812350 Nope. Villareal.
JAMIEBUF12 Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 well its the 1st half and we have 3 sacks already....that has to be a "positive"
Frez Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Jp is not the answer if he keeps fumbling like this. 812343 Like that was his fault?
MadBuffaloDisease Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Brady's been sacked just TWO times in the other 4 games he's played? And he's only completing 55% of his passes?
Simon Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Look like it was Peters fault on that sack. 812350 You can chalk that one up to Vilarial's aging legs.
KOKBILLS Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 With this line we need a QB who has extremely sticky hands. 812344 With this O-Line we need a Tank at QB...With some pretty darn good armor...
daquixers_is_back Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Lots of stuff isn't in there. It's the "fans" rulebook, not the "official" rule book or the "Patriots" rule book. Let me know what the official rules say. When you find them. Good luck with that. 812345 Im not one of those people who say that the officials favor Tom Brady ... but their is a reason he didnt call roughing the passer, and thats because that wouldnt fly with the league office. It doesnt fit the description. But whatever. I dont really care. As I said: Tell Losman to fall whenever he is about to get sacked so we can get those penalty's. RIGHT?
MadBuffaloDisease Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Like that was his fault? I'm a big JP fan, but he's GOTTA stop laying the ball on the carpet.
CoachChuckDickerson Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 That is his 6th fumble this year and the 4th one that he has lost. That doesn't count the number of snaps that he has dropped. 812349 but, but, but, its not his fault!
SACTOBILLSFAN Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 not when they are the QB and they give themselves up....I am amazed that this many people are not aware of this rule 812347 Not just QBs. Any player can give themselves up, kinda like downing a kick in the endzone.
JAMIEBUF12 Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 well running willis 3 straight plays is a "positive"
