BenchBledsoe Posted October 6, 2004 Posted October 6, 2004 How many more times do we have to endure seeing TH trip, slip, stumble, stagger, bumble on third/fourth and short? If this coaching staff is sharp at all, they've noticed this. WM IS bigger and stronger, even if his burst isn't there yet. He seemed to push for that extra yard most carries in preseason. And maybe, just maybe he won't do an impression of a bumbling circus clown in those situations like TH does.

Boatdrinks Posted October 6, 2004 Posted October 6, 2004 And lets not forget the screen against JAX that we had set up beautifully- only to watch T-Hen run the WRONG WAY . Needless to say, Drew never passed him the ball as Travis ran right at the Jags defenders instead of away from them. Just another play for potentially big yardage that Travis has destroyed this year. Parcells would surely have benched him-or worse by now. B)
Guest Guesteroo Posted October 6, 2004 Posted October 6, 2004 Yes, It is time to see what Willis can do. Even Travis' supporters haven't jumped onto this thread in his defense, you'll notice.
BillnutinHouston Posted October 6, 2004 Posted October 6, 2004 Wow, be real careful about putting TH and gorilla in the same sentence.
gantrules Posted October 6, 2004 Posted October 6, 2004 yeah, I was thinking "man, that's a racist statement" A local broadcaster got fired for calling our mayor a gorilla.
sweet baboo Posted October 6, 2004 Posted October 6, 2004 that's PC gone overboard but i'm allowed to call Trey Teague a gorilla?
gantrules Posted October 6, 2004 Posted October 6, 2004 I agree collegeboy...but it's a fcked up world...
Mark VI Posted October 6, 2004 Posted October 6, 2004 He feet spin faster than the rims on his Hummer. No pun intended.
