IBTG81 Posted October 9, 2006 Posted October 9, 2006 I want to go see that movie. Has anyone actually seen it, and if so, how was it? I loved Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, and this is the same guy who directs it.
ajzepp Posted October 9, 2006 Posted October 9, 2006 I'm very interested in that film....can't wait to see it.
drnykterstein Posted October 10, 2006 Posted October 10, 2006 It was cute... great date movie. Nothing that really made you think or anything like that, just cute and fun. Just take a woman with you and all is well.

drnykterstein Posted October 10, 2006 Posted October 10, 2006 Its not a Chick flick, per se.. but man, any compliments you give it will probably involve words like "cute" or "adorable" .. so its tough. I liked it it was a great movie.. but just be secure in your manhood I guess .. mm I'll add more descriptors.. I also found it really funny.. nothing was straight up laugh out loud funny, but thinking back there were some funny things that I laughed at later while discussing. Go see it and drag her along, you won't regret it.

It's probably one of the more visually creative films done in a long time. Gondry is a genius and a throwback in that regard, esp. in terms of his methods.
drnykterstein Posted October 10, 2006 Posted October 10, 2006 oh the ugly lady from work... that was pretty funny.. and random. That bathtub scene was wierd also.

IBTG81 Posted October 10, 2006 Author Posted October 10, 2006 You mean the Honda salesman didn't want to go see it with you? 801198 No. He was upset you'd find out, and dump him.
Chilly Posted October 10, 2006 Posted October 10, 2006 No. He was upset you'd find out, and dump him. 801203 Pfft, its not like he had a chance, he's not Vince.
