It's one or the other for Ultimate Fighting Championships President Dana White - even if that stance means losing the chance to book former World Wrestling Entertainment superstar Kurt Angle.

After being released by WWE in August reportedly because of wellness issues both inside and outside the ring, Angle spoke with UFC about the possibility of making his mixed martial arts debut. Representing the U.S. as a heavyweight, Angle won a gold medal in the 1996 Olympics.

Here is the fighter payout for the last PPV

(CP) - UFC champion Matt Hughes earned US$130,000 for his successful welterweight title defence against B.J. Penn at UFC 63: Hughes vs. Penn in Anaheim, according to the California State Athletic Commission.

Half of that was in the form of a win bonus for the 32-year-old from Hillsboro, Ill., who raised his record to 41-4-0 with a third-round TKO over Penn. The Hawaiian challenger earned $50,000.

Hughes, who said prior to the fight he had no complaints about his UFC paydays, earned $110,000 for his last title defence. Light-heavyweight champion Chuck (The Iceman) Liddell, the UFC's marquee name, collected $275,000 for his title defence against Renato (Babalu) Sobral at UFC 62 in Las Vegas in August.

The Sept. 23 Hughes-Penn card drew 9,300 to the Honda Center, formerly known as the Arrowhead Pond, for a gate of $1,496,067, according to the California commission.

The UFC does not provide sales figures on its lucrative pay-per-view audience. The Hughes-Penn card cost C$39.99 to see in Canada.

According to figures supplied by the commission, the 18 fighters on the card earned a combined US$332,000.

Montreal middleweight David (The Crow) Loiseau picked up $9,000 in losing to Mike (Quick) Swick, who earned $14,000.

Former lightweight champion Jens (Little Evil) Pulver took home $30,000 for his upset loss to Joe Lauzon, who made $6,000. Rashad Evans' win over Jason Lambert was worth $24,000, compared to $9,000 for the loser.

Your statements really have no backbone. The whole Titio-Shamrocks sister thing never even happened, if so provide a link. I watched the whole season 3 of TUF and there was no mention of this.

He legally changed his name to Ken Shamrock in tribute to Bob Shamrock, owner of the Shamrock Ranch, a facility for troubled boys in Susanville, California, who was instrumental in turning Shamrock's life around as a teenager. Along with his brother Frank Shamrock, he is adopted. According to Shamrock, he lived in cars and was abandoned as a child. This was also integrated into the personal history of his WWE persona. He is the head trainer of the Lion's Den, a school of shoot-fighting, or what is more commonly referred to as submission fighting. Attended junior college at Shasta College in Redding, California and is being considered a possible choice for induction into the Shasta County Sports Hall Of Fame.

Ken has 3 sons: Ryan, Connor, and Shawn and 1 daughter with his first wife Tina. He has 3 step children with his second wife Tonya.

Ryan Shamrock, a character played on-screen in the WWF, is not really Shamrock's sister. In fact, they dated for a brief period before breaking up in 2003.

He appeared in the films Champions, Virtuosity, and Scarecrow Gone Wild and he appeared in an episode of That 70's Show as Bruno Sammartino.

Ah rumors of Kurt Angle. Dana White isn't dumb, he virtually resurrrected the UFC into what it is today by using his "buisness mind". Plus Angle just signed with TNA.

As far as the cross-over from Japan to the US or vise versa, it happens. But if you have been actually watching MMA within the past year you would have noticed that more stars from Japan are actually coming to the UFC.
