aussiew Posted October 5, 2004 Posted October 5, 2004 If he's on the field, next year will be much worse than this year. Why so?
col_forbin Posted October 5, 2004 Posted October 5, 2004 No, JP to start every game from Dec. 5 on. Drew's last game as a starter in the NFL will be Nov. 28th when we will get our @ss handed to us in Seattle.
John from Riverside Posted October 5, 2004 Posted October 5, 2004 I dont think he will nor should he......
obie_wan Posted October 5, 2004 Posted October 5, 2004 Unfortunately, he will probably start all the games in 2004 as well as be the starter for next year as well. TD didn't extend Drew's contract for nothing. (Boy that $8.75 mil is sure looking like a good investment- TD needs to get his money's worth) Teflon Tom will ride Drew until Drew proves that TD is a genius.
ExWNYer Posted October 5, 2004 Posted October 5, 2004 Yes if: The team rebounds and is no worse than 3-4 after the Arizona game. No if: The team finishes the above stretch 2-5 or worse. At that point they will be all but officially done. The move may not come in week 8, but soon thereafter. JMHO.
udonkey Posted October 5, 2004 Posted October 5, 2004 Why so? 57405[/snapback] Because the only way I see Losman playing is if Bledsoe and Matthews go down to injury. This opens the door to all kinds of rookie mistakes and potential injuries. As bad as it might get, I'd rather see Bledsoe go down with the ship than to lose the future. Get JP on one of the rescue boats.
