gallagher Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 That's one of the worst calls I've ever seen.
Dibs Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 R.Lindell kicks 37 yards from BUF 30 to MIN 33. RECOVERED by BUF-K.Thomas. PENALTY on BUF-K.Thomas, Interference with Opportunity to Catch, 15 yards, enforced between downs.
YOOOOOO Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 I assume that can't be challenged? 791201 no it cant.... a fair catch signal has to be made for it to be interference.... theres not one dude on that Viking team calling fair catch....bull sh--
geggytah Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 and how exactly is that different that an onside kick? the BALL IS LIVE!!!!! there was no fair catch call
MDH Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 I'm not sure I understand this. The nearest Viking was 2.5 yards away when the Bills caught the ball. How was that not giving them the opportunity to catch it?

5ths the charm Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 and how exactly is that different that an onside kick? the BALL IS LIVE!!!!! there was no fair catch call 791206 Did they review it, was it called a fair catch? Someone speak to the details better than what prints on NFL live.
d_wag Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 no it cant....a fair catch signal has to be made for it to be interference.... theres not one dude on that Viking team calling fair catch....bull sh-- 791205 you can clearly see the viking closest to the ball wave for the fair catch........good call, unfortunately

How was that not giving them the opportunity to catch it? 791207 Someone did signal fair catch. Despite what the schmucks on the FOX broadcast said.

YOOOOOO Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 I'm sorry thats not a fair catch call....... he was pointing at the ball lol
Crap Throwing Monkey Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 you can clearly see the viking closest to the ball wave for the fair catch........good call, unfortunately 791212 Nah, still a sh------- call. Thomas didn't "interfere" with his oppirtunity to catch the ball, as the Vikings player was no where near catching it. All Thomas did was down it. The officials just gave the Vikings a 15 yard gift.
grog Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 Smart play by the viking, even though it looked like he was no going to make an attempt to catch the ball. Looks like he would have let it drop Bad break for Buffalo on that play call The stangest stuff seems to happen to this team
