CJPearl2 Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 Any suggestions? I'm leaning towards the Falcons. 789566 Is it to win or to cover? Either way, I think Philly is a good bet.

Albany,n.y. Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 I took Philly in my pool at work-I put it in Monday because I didn't see any other game that stood out like this one. I got lucky last week-I had it between the Bills & Miami & picked Miami-then I got lucky again as they barely won.

I couldn't take 0-2 Washington on the road, so I went with the Bills, then Sunday I find out Portis is playing and didn't change my pick. But 16 guys took NE.
BeantownRob Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 I like to take marginal teams early on and save the big dawgs later. I am going with St. Louis over Det So far I took Ariz, Denver and Washington, all winners, all mediocre to average teams.

BuffOrange Posted September 30, 2006 Posted September 30, 2006 I like to take marginal teams early on and save the big dawgs later. 790228 That's a good strategy if you hate money. Especially if you're taking road teams.
Mort Hendrickson Posted September 30, 2006 Posted September 30, 2006 I lost all my picks, don't care anymore. Tough game to play. Payoff worth it though. Took NE, Buff, Arizona last week, tough ride home to Albany from the Jets game
Offside Number 76 Posted September 30, 2006 Posted September 30, 2006 That's a good strategy if you hate money. 790468 Seriously. Wish they were in my pool.
