Willis had a GREAT game!

There's more to being a RB than simply running with the ball. Willis cost the Bills 7 points and was to blame on the biggest play of the game. I'm not sure his fine running performance counters all the bad that happened on that play.

And as the Bills always do, abandon the things that are working during a game...

Willis did not have a GREAT game. How about missing multiple blitz pickups, one directly leading to a Jets TD? He ran through holes that our line created, why is it it's always the lines' fault when he can't run, and when he does it's all him? He did absolutely nothing extraordinary, particularly because he doesn't have the speed to break a long one. Teams pay no attention to the cutback vs. WM because it's non-existant with him! We could have had the same game but better blitz pickup and receiving options out of the backfield with A-Train in there.

That is true, forgot about that play. Maybe its why he did't play on third downs last year

- JP aired the ball out and threw for a TD and 300+ yards, plus he ran one in

- Willis ran for 150 yards

- Roscoe showed he can be a threat as a WR

- Price made some nice catches

- Evans made some nice grabs and finally was added back into the offence

- The special teams successfully completed an onside kick

- This makes the Dolphins look even worse! They got beat by a team that couldn't even beat the jets.

There are alot of positive to look forward too. Sure JP had 2 fumbles and threw a pick, the defence did nothing to dominate today (i.e. pass rush, or force turnovers) and there were a few playcalls that seemed to be left over from the Mularky playbook (the fake punt). Lets face it, the team lost, but they still played a decent game. The better team won today

So when willis hits the hole, its bad because he "cant cut it back". But when he cuts it back, he's "dancing and not hitting the hole."

Got it.

Willis ran very well. His blocking was. . .well. . .inconsistent.

Losman completed lots of passes. Made some good reads. Yes, he had one terrible pass picked off and had the two fumbles, but they don't make the good things he did stop existing.

Kind of wonder that myself, he really did wiff on that block which undeniably went for 7 points the other way. Willis even admitted missing the block in his post game interview so there's no question.
