YOOOOOO Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 Again Cotchery tried to make a play in traffic... Wow did Pennington almost get him killed there....
Frez Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 Nice play by our DEFENSE. Now we need to get it done on offense. Come on JP we need you to make a play or 2 right here. Hell, I'd like to see him run the ball once or twice on this drive.
MartyBall4Buffalo Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 I've actually thought our O-line has done a good job today, and it hasn't made much of a difference with JP. 784262 oh I think it has too, my post was more or less taking a stab at the wrs and te's. We have a collection of 2nd 3rd wr's and no #1 guy to rely on
YOOOOOO Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 Because he was late getting rid of the ball, and still tried to throw in to double coverage. He's shown terrible pocket awareness all game, most of his passing yards have been on YAC anyway. 784260 Double coverage?? if he throws the ball were he wanted it......it goes to the 10 yard line and the underneath coverage has no shot.... it fluttered out and gave the underneath coverage a chance at it... it wasnt double coverage....
grog Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 The Jets punter is doing a number on us as well. Come on BUFFALO, don't screw up the home opener for crying out loud. Geez, I can't stand it.
Rayzer32 Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 Roscoe time. 784264 More like Sabres time.
bbills17 Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 He used to lift weights and felt (and looked) slow, he works on speed/quickness now and you can see the results. 784252 What results?! Give it a rest. WM still looks slow, and cost us this game with his blocking assignments. The guy has been taking what our line has been giving him. Has he done anything extraordinary, no. Will he ever break a long run? No.
Typical TBD Guy Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 Still lots of time left. Our D needs to come up big right here. 784250 Why do you guys do this to yourselves?! This game is OVER. Face the facts: this season is a rebuilding season. Just relax, enjoy the fact that we have pro football in Buffalo, and watch this last quarter and the rest of the season in the hopes for steady improvement and 110% effort.

Ticket sales will eventually drop.
Billsgirl Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 At least Evans has appeared in the game. I was wondering where he was.

He's the best player on the field.

That said, swearing at bad plays is as much a part of football as cheering at the good ones. -Jeff
