aussiew Posted September 20, 2006 Posted September 20, 2006 I get all teary eyed when I read that stuff.
Swift Sylvan Posted September 20, 2006 Posted September 20, 2006 This is probably less true than the amount of times it's used.... But most NFL teams that are really good are portrayed as having great team chemistry and a sense of ethos.
Astrobot Posted September 20, 2006 Posted September 20, 2006 Could this be a matter of history repeating itself? Those '01 Bears, coached by Dick Jauron, went on to become the talk of the NFL, finishing 13-3. Could these Bills, under Jauron, be primed for their own startling resurgence? "It's funny you ask that question," Bills right guard Chris Villarrial, who started all 16 games for those '01 Bears, said Monday. "Because I kind of thought of the same thing last night flying back." Sounds like the players that were with the Bears are thinking the same as Bob DiCesare, though. We're getting ahead of ourselves in giddiness, but I like what I'm seeing happen.
billsfanmiami(oh) Posted September 20, 2006 Posted September 20, 2006 Just read that in the snooze. Hopefully we can keep it up and will find even more parallels!

rogerkochman Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 I hope that history can repeat itself. Only two more losses - Colts and Chargers. Jauron gets revenge over Bears. Ravens rest McNair for the playoffs. TMQ's prediction of a Buffalo win in Super Bowl vindicated. Fandamonium.
