DirecTV is definately the way to go from a customer service point of view (especially when you ask for Customer Retention).  They're amazing.

Yeah it must be a great company if you have to ask to speak to the part of the company that is responsible for trying to prevent you from cancelling to get anything done. <_<

At least they HAVE a part of the company that will help you. And you don't need to threaten to leave or anything, they're just very nice to you.

 

I asked for the retention department at Comcast and they said there is no such department.

 

You tell me which company cares about its customers more? (or at least cares about retaining them).
