What I am wondering is, did TD structure DB's contract in order to cut or trade him or is he going to be the backup and make much more than Losman. USMCBillsFan Posted October 4, 2004 Share Posted October 4, 2004 I think it depends on a few things. As much as everyone wants to admit it, this season isn't completely lost yet. So his performance for the remaining games will be a contributing factor. Also, JP's progress will be a factor. Even if DB is kept around for a year as a "high paid backup" he can still help JP when he becomes the starter. Do I think we'll keep him around for that?
