generaLee83 Posted September 17, 2006 Posted September 17, 2006 His play wasn't spectacular today but he holds it together and is doing a great job trying to fill some mighty big shoes. 6th round pick starts and holds it together, nice.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted September 17, 2006 Posted September 17, 2006 I'd say he did more than hold his own.
Swift Sylvan Posted September 17, 2006 Posted September 17, 2006 I'd say he did more than hold his own. 776465[/snapback] And for just two NFL games of experience I'd say that Marv is really going to prove all the draft experts wrong.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted September 17, 2006 Posted September 17, 2006 I've always been of the opinion that picks beyond the 4th round are more luck than anything else. I mean if teams knew these guys were that good, why did they wait so long to take them?

And it really just comes down to who's right? There are so many factors that are hard to count, such as a good coach, or someone on the team who always pushed the player, etc....
