Patience Posted September 17, 2006 Posted September 17, 2006 he also played like a maniac in the game at SD against the flutie led chargershe basically did everything. he accounted for more than 80% of the offensive yards as he did all the running and passing. i seem to remember him getting close to the win except special teams botched it up again 775357 I remember the San Diego game. Flutie running it in, with two Bills slowing down, thinking he'd been contained. A missed FG by Jake Arians all but sealed that game. I also recall Moulds making a fabolous one-handed grab on our drive before Flutie put it away. Edit: And I'm pretty sure I do remember our special teams giving SD a big return on the Flutie drive.
HereComesTheReignAgain Posted September 17, 2006 Posted September 17, 2006 How bout this one for the next Dolphin game? "If Dolphins have no external genitalia...How come Saban is such a d!ck!"
Tortured Soul Posted September 17, 2006 Posted September 17, 2006 and that was one of about 3 games where rob johnson played his ass off... as opposed to the rest, where he got his ass knocked off. 774407 IIRC, Flutie was out, giving Johnson the start. Johnson got knocked out and Van Pelt came in. He threw a 35-yard flutter ball to Moulds that set up the winning points. Great game.
NJ_BillsFan Posted September 17, 2006 Posted September 17, 2006 The best sign I ever saw was watching a Titans game the year after they lost to the Rams in the Super Bowl. It was a Monday Night game and someone in the crowd had a poster with a picture of the Titan's player reaching for the Goal Line on the last play of the Super Bowl. It read, "When your absolute best isn't good enough!". Best sign ever!
Chicken Wing '73 Posted September 17, 2006 Posted September 17, 2006 Best sign seen at a game...Back from one of the Sabres Stanley Cup games the camera man fanned to a sign that said "Mike Peca is bigger than your Peca", I don't think they read it before they put him on TV but it had me laughing.
