dib Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 By seven I dont see how. They're home they're the Dolphins. The NFL is rooting for them to be the first team that plays in their own home superbowl. Be ready for another sympathy f*** from the refs. Oh, and since it's a day game the Bills will be in their blue jerseys.
bprulz Posted September 11, 2006 Author Posted September 11, 2006 You would think our secondary would have a field day with culpeper.
smokinandjokin Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 You would think our secondary would have a field day with culpeper. 769226 You would think Ronnie Brown would have a field day with our run defense.
BRH Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 You would think a seven-point line suggests that the oddsmakers didn't watch any !@#$ing football this past week.

Our offense scored 10 points (8 if you subtract for the safety) and our defense got MASHED by the run. Give the Dolphins the standard 3 points for playing at home, and I can easily see how it's a 7-point line.
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 Hrm... Is this a sign from the gods? A chance for wagering redemption?!?
krazykat Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 By seven I dont see how. http://www.scoreslinespicks.com/day9.html 769212 You'll see how on Sunday afternoon.
krazykat Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 You would think Ronnie Brown would have a field day with our run defense. 769229 You'd think. We'll see. He's better than Maroney or Dillon.
Mike formerly from Florida Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 You'll see how on Sunday afternoon. 769409 I won't be watching another fuk job for one of the NFL's lovey-dovey teams. I guarantee we have NO chance on Sunday. None!!!
Peter Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 Keep in mind that the spread is based in large measure by perception. There are still plenty of people (read gamblers) who think that the Dolphins are a Super Bowl team. I would not worry to much on the spread -- unless of course, you are planning on putting some money on the game in Vegas.
SDS Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 Hrm... Is this a sign from the gods? A chance for wagering redemption?!? 769298 I would empty your bank account and let it ride... I just don't see how you could lose.
BillsGuyInMalta Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 I won't be watching another fuk job for one of the NFL's lovey-dovey teams. I guarantee we have NO chance on Sunday. None!!! 769692 The refs wont have a chance to give this game to the Dolphins.
BuffOrange Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 You would think a seven-point line suggests that the oddsmakers didn't watch any !@#$ing football this past week. 769289 Go ahead and wager the house on the Bills then based entirely on the Week 1 games...that's always a good strategy.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 Compared to last year, the Bills are better and the Dols are worse, and the Bills were 1 quarter full of Mularkey away from sweeping them. I like the Bills' chances.

I like the Bills' chances. 770028 So after 1 week we can tell the Bills are better and the Dolphins are worse? That 31-0 whipping the Bills gave New England in 2003 really showed how good the Bills were right????
bartshan-83 Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 I wouldn't be too worried about those boys in Vegas...somehow they usually know what they are doing.

Week one did nothing to change my opinion.
