vegas55
There were three blocking in the back penalties in the space of 8 plays. This was the unique way the Bills found to give the game away today. But losers always find a way to lose, no matter how unique. Not rookies of course, but 5 year veterans like Clements and Royal, who despite playing football their entire lives, just decide to push players in the back, RIGHT IN FRONT of a referee, to give the game to the Pats. But there were a lot of encouraging signs today. Note to coaching staff; JP can run, is much faster than Brady, and for him to not have one QB run today was just stupid, especially on the safety play where a roll out was the absolute safe play. Tom Brady- slow as molasses, JP one of fastest QBs in the NFL - Brady has more runs than JP.
MadBuffaloDisease
The Clements play wouldn't have made a difference because the zebras whistled the play dead because they thought Whitner went out of bounds. And after thinking about it, the Royal play should have been 1st and 12 since the penalty occured (8 yards) BEYOND the line of gain.
