Fezmid
Can you believe how crappy Bledsoe played for us?! I'm so pissed off at him. He only led us to 10 freak'n points! If not the D, we would've been blown out. And to top it off, he took a safety that let the Patriots win the stupid game! What a crappy QB, we should cut him!!! Oh what, we did that already a couple of years ago? You mean that wasn't Bledsoe back there? Huh, weird. Different QB, same results. Go figure, maybe it isn't the QB afterall... GG
Please give it a rest. If you think that Losman lost the game, then you've been spending too much time under the satellite dish.

BillsFanNC
Well I can't believe someone is bringing f-ing Drew Bledsoe up at this point but since you did... JP showed more poise and made better decisions in the pocket today than DB ever did for us.

If you think that Losman lost the game, then you've been spending too much time under the satellite dish. 767758 I'd give it a rest, except other people keep bringing up threads about it. If they can, I can point out that the play was very Bledsoe-esque. McJeff said it right in the chat room when I asked, "What would people say if that was Bledsoe taking that safety?" His reply: "JP will be save us." Until we get better up front (OL, and also DL now apparantly), we're going to struggle. Of course, making good coaching decisions (like taking the points!) would help too... CW

I don't blame Losman more then I do several others but he didn't do anything to help the cause today.

The point that was being made was that there are some people on this board who would have blamed the loss on DB if it had been him out there. And he dropped the ball ONCE after getting hit by Shelton. Did you see the snap that went over his head that he got and still was able to fire off a completion? IDBillzFan
Nice to see that JP in his ninth start is already as good as a guy who's been playing for 100 years. Fez...really...no logic here at all.

34-78-83
This is a joke. Losman played very well today in one of the toughest environments. Very sharp and accurate on his throws. Threw some away on purpose for good reason when the pocket caved. Did not turn the ball over. Made some key 3rd down completions.

He has no clue about the position, and really should stick to the PPP board.
SilverNRed
And has a whole net-8 points to show for it. Woohoo. 767784 Was it JP's fault that Royal screwed up his pass to Price (and that drive)? Was it JP's fault that Willis couldn't decide which way to go on fourth and two feet? Losman played a very good game. He turned a terrible snap in shotgun formation into a first down and got rid of the ball quickly for most of the game (until we were backed into our own endzone thanks to moronic penalties). Fez...really...no logic here at all. 767797 There's plenty of logic -- Peter got it. JP played similar to DB, and we lost. Nobody wants to blame JP, yet DB was run out of town. Do I think JP is the problem? No. But he's not the answer either.

If it wasn't for Reed having two pretty darn good catches, and Mcgahee really dancing on one play that would have been about 60 yards less and 2 less completions. He really wasn't that good today. But he wasn't horrible either. Also, he needs to hang onto the ball with two hands on the fakes or not get it so close to Shelton. That is his fault. The bad snap, so what. That explains one of the half dozen mishandles. Also he needs to step up on the endzone play instead of taking that sack for 2.

And that's against a team that has made even the best quarterbacks look terrible in recent years. JP did well today. I was prepared for much worse. GG
Then why aren't people screaming for Flutie's return? How about Kelly? He surely would not have taken that safety. He singlehandedly would have pulled a Tedy and saved the disaster in the making. I guess taking NE out of their early defensive game plan of heavy blitzing would have been the Dalls QB's forte. It absolutely had nothing to do with Belichick making half time adjustments to find mismatches for Brady to find. Losman had a very good game. Just accept it, and move on.
