17 Josh Allen
The Bills are the better team that the Patriots right now. They have lost so many good players. It would be like the Bills trying to play without Andre Reed, James Lofton and Don Beebe and a 1996 Thurman Thomas. Dillion is old and washed up, they have a rookie back up running back who has never played a regular season game. Do not even get me started on the Pats Defense. They are missing all there great secondary players from the superbowl runs and to top it off they are missing some of there best linebackers from there Superbowl runs This would be like the 1992 bills playing without the offensive players that I mentioned above. But also no Shane Conlon or Cornelius Bennett, Mark kelso or Nate Odomes They only thing that the Pats have going for them is there reputation and there Head coach and Tom Brady. How well would the Bills from back in the day if they were missing all the players I listed above sure we had Jim Kelly. I think what you have here with the 2006 PATS is the the 1994 Bills' We all know what happen in 1994 and so this is What will happen to the Pats in 2006. The Miami Dolphins do not scare me I think there O-line is the worst in the NFL, and if Charlie Batch can throw 3 TD'S then watch out The Bills will Open the season 4-0 The Bills have Great young and up and coming players they are about to hit there prime ( This Year) and the next 4 years will be some of the best Bills football to enjoy. I feel this team reminds me of the 1987 AND 1988 Buffalo Bills. Get ready for the ride this team has talent and Marv and Dick Jauron will get this team to play together and give us something to be proud about. So bring in 1000 18 wheel semi trucks because the band wagon is about to have many passengers. Bill from NYC
my only fear is safety. 765611 Mine too. It is THE most important position. Perhaps we should have devoted more to this position in the draft, as well as free agency. Hey, there is always next year!

Bill from NYC
That was sarcasm, right? Whitner and Simpson in the draft, Bowen in free agency... 765625 Yeah, I was out of line. After all of the resources the Bills continue to waste on defensive backs, that post was like a needle in my spine.

Dawgg
Agreed. Defensive line and offensive line strength is overrated. Way overrated. Mine too. It is THE most important position. Perhaps we should have devoted more to this position in the draft, as well as free agency. goober
Remember this post it will make you feel goodMickey In Rochester 765608 You're awesome. Your 25th post since 2002 and it seems most of your posts are extremely optimistic and occur in the preseason before reality hits. Thanks Mickey in Rochester. I honestly do appreciate the optimism at the onset. At least you back off and don't spend the entire months of September & October posting "dooooooooooooomed" whenever anyone doubts a Super Bowl appearance. McGill Bill
I like the freestyle poetry setup of that post. The lack of stanza congruence requires a novel structural analysis, making for unique discussion.
