bflobart81 Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 maybe, just maybe with the right personnell, MM knows how to call a game. Its making me sick though.
Simon Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 You wouldnt categorize a reverse to a WR on third and long a trick play? 764609 Oops, thought you were still on RBrown's 1st trickplay TD. Or his second. I'm a big stupid poopy headed jerk.

Kelly the Dog Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 Maybe Saban needs another semester or two at genius school.

Kelly the Dog Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 Or He shouldn't trust that Rocket Surgeon up in the booth calling plays... 764627 Usually I will never blame those calls on the coach, because the guys in the booth say yes or no for the most part, but he took it out of his pocket in time and he could have thrown it earlier. The guys had obviously told him what they thought already. Plus Collinsworth just explained that he could have gone on the field if he wanted but he didnt. That one goes on the coach.
LynchMob23 Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 Good point. That did seem a bit too much finesse. And, thinking without my Mularkey-hater shades on/All things Dolphins, Belly boy has dropped it before and they've called it....curious....
AJ1 Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 Maybe Saban needs another semester or two at genius school. 764619 He didn't have sense enough to throw it where it could be seen.
34-78-83 Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 Theres not a poster here who could argue that that reverse call on third and 4 with the game on the line and involving 2 changes of hands was even remotely a good/ justifiable call. I won't throw MM under the Bus but that was just terrible.
