Griff28
Today is the day that Aussie Saverio Rocca has his try out as a punter. It seems possible that the Bills held the final two practice squad spots open for projects - C.J. Leak yesterday and Rocca today.
Albany,n.y.
I wonder if Wendell Hunter declined a spot. I thought they were high enough on him to at least have a spot on the PS for him.
BillnutinHouston
If the Bills sign a punter to the practice squad, I'm going to really wonder.

Bob in STL
Why would a player decline a practice squad position? 761910[/snapback] Seems unlikely but it happens. They do it when they get multiple offers or when they believe they can go to a team where they feel they have a better opportunity. I am amazed that the Bills did not add any offensive linemen to the PS yet. I still think they may pick up a veteran OT and move Merz to the PS. SamsBuffetTable
No way they put a punter on the PS. This Aussie guy is coming in to have a well respected ST coach check him out and get some pointers just like Setta.
