Mike in Syracuse Posted October 4, 2004 Posted October 4, 2004 Can anyone tell me now that Coughlin wouldn't have been a perfect fit for this team? I'm sad, crushed, hurt, beaten and dissappointed.
Rico Posted October 4, 2004 Posted October 4, 2004 Agree 100% If TC was here, these players would be crushed, hurt, & beaten... exactly what they deserve.

Greg de'Ville Posted October 4, 2004 Posted October 4, 2004 ...you know why the Jints are 3-1? Because their guys get after people like piranha on a dead turtle. Their defense is popping the ball out and Tiki's been running well and finding daylight with his OLs doing a decent job.
BuffOrange Posted October 4, 2004 Posted October 4, 2004 You know, I've been arguing against the idea that our record would be better under TC for a couple of weeks, but I'm really having 2nd thoughts now; especially after seeing stupid mistake after stupid mistakes over and over and over and over and over again. It's gotten to the point where I can't even cheer for a 20 yard pass anymore b/c I know we'll screw it up. And if you watched last year's Giants - they were basically a mirror image of the current Bills. Pretty good skill position talent, pretty good statistics, able to move the ball between the 20's, but just kill themselves with penalties & turnovers; and find improbable ways to lose games each week. I don't think it's a coincidence that those things aren't happening anymore in NJ. I don't have a huge problem with Mularkey's playcalling like some others do, but it would be nice to see him slam his headset to the ground and get in somebody's face - whether it be a player, a ref, a fan, the water boy, somebody.
