Lv-Bills Posted August 30, 2006 Posted August 30, 2006 12 team league.... Would anyone here trade the #1 overall pick for another team's first and second rounder? So, I'd give up the #1 pick overall and #49 overall pick for the #9 pick overall and #15 overall. I'd end up having the #9, #15, #24, and #25 in the first three rounds, as opposed to where I stand now with the #1, #24, and #25. Is that worth doing??? Quote
slothrop Posted August 30, 2006 Posted August 30, 2006 TAKE THAT DEAL EVERYTIME!!!!!! Here is a link to a draft pick trade value calculator. The trade is in your favor giving you a 6% improvement. Quote
The Jokeman Posted August 30, 2006 Posted August 30, 2006 Without knowing your scoring method is tough to really say but on the surface it looks like I deal I'd be willing to make. Quote
Acantha Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 I would also take that deal. With the number 1 pick your team is 1 injury....or just down year....from being bottom dwellers. With extra picks you can have a very solid starting lineup every week. Quote
taterhill Posted September 1, 2006 Posted September 1, 2006 IMO Larry Johnson and a DOnald Driver is worth more than Rudi Johnson and Marv Harrision..(based on possible picks at those spots)..I would NOT do it..#1 overall in my league along with an 8th, 9th, 12th just went for a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Quote
