SouthTownBills51 Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 Just for laughs....how do we think JP does statistically this season...( if he stays the starter and doesn't get hurt ) 3150 Yards 19 Tds 14 Ints..... Metocre at best, but definetly an upgrade Let's have it!
daquixers_is_back Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 If he starts all 16 games ... well these numbers are based purely on the assumption that Losmans tendencies for "big plays" carry over from the last half of last season and this pre-season to the new season. 3360 yards (average 210 yds/game) 18 TD's (few games with more than 1 and a few games with 0) 11 INT's 400-450 yds rushing
generaLee83 Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 7 yards passing 1 yard rushing Teee heeee heee heee Seriously I'd be happy with 3K yards and 15 TD's with 10-15 Ints. 2 rushing TD's
LevysEraII Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 3200 yds passing 20 TD's 21 Int's 59 % comp. percentage 350 yards rushing
The Senator Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 5100 yds passing 49 passing TDs 16 INTs (throw in another 350-400 rushing yards, plus 3-4 rushing TDs)
H2o Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 I go with: 3,500-3,600 yards passing 27 TD's vs. 19 INT's A 58-62% completion percentage about 200-250 rushing with 2-3 TD's Hopefully putting alot of doubts an uncertainty to rest. But if he's garbage, give us Quinn
Realist Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 3300 yards passing 21 TDs 18 INTs 375 Yards Rushing 4 TDs
donahoeisgod Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 I see two seasons for JP, one before the bye (7 games) and then after (9 games) Before Bye 7games 1300yds 8TD 9INT 57% completion Bills record 2-5 After Bye 9 games 2000 yds 12TD 9INT 61% completion Bills record 5-4 Overall 16 games 3300 yds 20TD 18INT 59.6% completion Bills record 7-9
ganesh Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 2200 Yards, 15TD, 8INTs......to go with the ball control offense that our coaches have been preaching.....If JP throws 3000+ yards, we will be in big trouble this year..... I can do with that kind of performance with a 1500 yard season from McGahee...
BuffaloRebound Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 3200 pass yds; 22TD's, 16 int's, 3 rushing TD's
Ramius Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 3300 pass yards, 20 pass TD, 3 rush TD, 19 INT, 55% completion.
BillsFanNC Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 3245 YDS 18 TD 21 INT 387 rushing yards 3 rushing TD
faderphreak Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 2900 - 3200 passing, 57-60% completion, 22 TD, 17 INT, 175 rushing w/ 2 rushing TD as well. I think donahoeisgod in on point on the "Tale of Two Seasons" theory as well.
The_Real Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 My guess: 3431 yards passing 19 Touchdowns 18 Interceptions 438 yards rushing 2 Touchdowns 6 Fumbles 34 sacks Book it. T_R

I hope we see something more like this: 3600 yds passing = 225/game 24 TDs = 1.5/game 16 INTs = 1/game 480 yds rushing = 30/game 4 rushing TDs 6 fumbles On a side note I would like to see McGahee reach 1400 yds rushing and 400 yds receiving. If both JP and Willis produce doable #s like above we will be plesently surprised by this season.

He only played 8 games last year and had about 170 yards ... this was also when he was in Mularkey's system. Give me a full 16 games, with longer drives, and hopefully more possesions, and I think he should rush for 450-500 yards (about 30 a game). Also I can not wait until we get in those Red Zone situations where the middle would be wide open due to LB's and CB's covering wide receivers and Willis McGahee and I just wished Bledsoe would run straight up the middle into the endzone but never did. Truly I believe Losman will have at least 10 of those opportunites this year and will capatalize on at least 3-4. ... not to mention that the Peerless Price bomb last game, came after he aluded a few would-be tacklers. Boy I love a scrambling QB.
dundy249 Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 3200 yards. 14 td's 19 int 41 sacks and 9 fumbles
billsfan4life20 Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 i'm gonna say 3100 yards passing 21 tds 15ints 350 yards rushing sacked 30 times, 5 lost fumbles
drnykterstein Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 Wow, you people (except dundy249) are very optimistic. If he plays that well, and our defense is good like its supposed to be.. we'll be in the playoffs. 2600 Yards 14 TD's 13 Ints ... he doesn't play the last 3 games.
