BoondckCL Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 Samuel Jackson and Ving Rhames in Pulp Fiction 750132 Dude, Ving Rhames got raped by the guy from the mask in the movie! Had that not happened i might be able to buy that.
Bill from NYC Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 A few more.... Kevin Spacey in LA Confidential (the confidence was truly authentic) Paul Sorvino and DeNiro in Goodfellas Fred Gwynne in The Cotton Club (I am trying to do a study on Frenchie LaMange but material is scarce). The guy who played Dutch Schultz in "Hoodlum," along with Lawrence Fishbourne. Clint in the Dirty Harry Movie where he hooked up with the Fillipina chick (this might be realistic ) Michael Madsen as Sonny Black (forgot the title...the movie with Johnny Depp) Ron Glass in Barney Miller (I met him, he IS cool)
BoondckCL Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 Cuba Gooding Jr. - Jerry McGuire. Billy Jack as Billy Jack in Billy Jack
MattyT Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 Michael Madsen as Sonny Black (forgot the title...the movie with Johnny Depp) 750592 Donnie Brasco
SDS Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 I thought Mel Gibson in the original Lethal Weapon played a cool character... The sequels were cheesy, but he had that pyscho cop thing down pretty good.
MarkyMannn Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 Steven Segal in all of his movies. 750602 He's corny, but cool. I like his movies Add Arnold S in Terminator2 Stallone in Rambo 1 or 2
Simon Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 Dude, Ving Rhames got raped by the guy from the mask in the movie! Yeah and he was so cool that it didn't matter. At leat he wasn't bawling about milk in some chick flick ala River Pheonix.
BoondckCL Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 Yeah and he was so cool that it didn't matter. At leat he wasn't bawling about milk in some chick flick ala River Pheonix. 750753 If i do recall, Ving Rhames is crying in that scene as a grown man. River Phoenix was playing a kid who cried because he was misunderstood and prejudged. I think there is a big difference between crying and being reemed in the butt. Just some quick questions, Did you take any turns in prison? And do you find the Brokeback Cowboys to be cool?
BuffaloBud Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 I know that this might be a bit of a stretch actor-wise, Frank Sinatra.
Kelly the Dog Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 Almost too cliche to mention but there ain't no one cooler than Bogart in Casablanca. Ugarte: You despise me, don't you? Rick: If I gave you any thought, I probably would.
The Dean Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 Steven Segal in all of his movies. 750602 I KNOW you can't be serious here.
The Dean Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 Sean Connery as Bond certainly belongs...but Connery in The Man Who Would be King is the coolest, IMO.
millbank Posted August 24, 2006 Posted August 24, 2006 I know that this might be a bit of a stretch actor-wise, Frank Sinatra. 751110 No stretch at all, Frank played Pvt. Angelo Maggio, in From Here to Eternity a great film. Sinatra and Ernest Borgnine went at it in film, Fatso calling Maggio "The Little Monkey" and telling Maggio that his time would come when he was in the Brig.
