He wanted to do anything BUT garbage duty. He asked to DJ an HIV/Aids awareness event, phone outreach, or speak to high schoolers after not reprting originally. The judge told him that he could use it as an "experiment in humility or humiliation." He's a POS and he deserves no breaks at all.
