plenzmd1 Posted August 10, 2006 Share Posted August 10, 2006 Okay, about a month ago, maybe less, someone posted a link to a "youtube" like site that had a video I thought was entitled "worst performance review ever", or similiar. It was of the dude trying to get fired so he could get severance. I have searched this board using those terms, searched by going over thred by thread, but cannot find the link. I have even googled it and cannot find it that way. I want to use that video to open sales presentation as I sell Performance Management/Talent Management software that deals with automating the process of performance reviews, from setting gaols and competencies, evaluate , set career development plans etc..... Just think that clip can start of my demos and presentations in a light hearted note. If anybody remembers the thread, or has ideas how i could find, I would be eternally grateful. And, if any of you all are HR Execs or chief learning officers, or in the talent management team at your company, and your company is in DC,MD,VA give me a call.
