It's one thing to have a few dump penalties or penalties due to over-aggression every now and again. But the way this Team Plays, week in and week out, one could almost say "Playing Dumb" has become the identity of this Team... Look at the Drive today early in the 3rd Quarter. 3rd and 1 in NE territory and the Bills get a Holding penalty, followed bay a couple False Starts, and this is AT HOME!!! Stupid...Stupid...Stupid... It is interesting that during the Polian/Levy/Butler years we heard constantly about playing smart, and getting smart Players.
