Billsguy Posted July 19, 2006 Posted July 19, 2006 According to the article by Chris Brown: "But there will be some other heated battles for jobs at some very loaded positions." "Some of those positions are busting at the seams with talent and will lead to some very difficult roster decisions come September." I have to take issue with the "busting at the seams with talent " phrase. The Bills were 5-11 last year and had only a Pro Bowl punter. Let's get real. These position battles may be even and competitive among the players on the Bills roster, but "busting at the seams with talent " should be properly reserved for playoff type teams who have Pro Bowlers on the roster. Spare us the hyperbole Mr. Brown. Here's another hyperbole from Mr. Brown: (Peerless)"Price's return fills the veteran void left by Eric Moulds" - oh really? He may fill Moulds' roster spot and he may be a veteran, but he can't carry his shoes. Price was playing himself into retirement until Marv got nostalgic and signed him.
