Cracker Posted July 10, 2006 Posted July 10, 2006 USA Today has posted a pretty cool online tool regarding NFL salaries. You can view teams and/or players from 2000-2005. http://asp.usatoday.com/sports/football/nf...es/default.aspx

Dan Gross Posted July 10, 2006 Posted July 10, 2006 2005 total salary - Washington Redskins $ 66,108,711 (3rd lowest) /soconfused 720717 Look at 2004.... That money represents how much they paid out last year. Sounds like (without looking things up, my memory's horrible) they simply didn't hand out as many bonus checks last year, due to cap concerns (perhaps some dead cap too...). Either way things have a way of evening out over time...
Bill from NYC Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 Great link is right, thanks. ! Did you know that in 2005, the Bills had the 1st and 10th highest paid OGs in football? Unbelieveable.
Adam Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 Where can I find a listing of salaries for people at USA Today and ESPN?
cantankerous Posted July 13, 2006 Posted July 13, 2006 I wonder if they get paid once a month? Anybody know?
smokinandjokin Posted July 13, 2006 Posted July 13, 2006 I wonder if they get paid once a month? Anybody know? 722249 Weekly paycheck in-season only. Signing bonuses are paid out lump sum (and probably get slaughtered by taxes!)
