ACor58 Posted June 20, 2006 Posted June 20, 2006 Sorry if this was already posted, but I really haven't had time to get to the theatre until last night. I can't say that I really liked it, but I didn't hate it either. The film seemed too choppy in the beginning and the storyline just didn't flow.
inkman Posted June 20, 2006 Posted June 20, 2006 I saw it as part of a double feature at the drive-in. Poseidon was the other movie, so in comparison it was freaking Shawshank Redemption. I liked it. The whole Jean Gray angle was weird though.

One thing that Jean Gray is...freaking hot! http://movies.yahoo.com/shop?d=hv&id=18084...0400157&intl=us
crackur Posted June 20, 2006 Posted June 20, 2006 could have been so much better, it probably is the last of the xmen movies w/ the cast, if not at all
R. Rich Posted June 20, 2006 Posted June 20, 2006 They definitely missed Bryan Singer, who left the X-Men franchise to direct the upcoming Superman Returns movie. I don't think the latest X-Men is bad, I just think it's a step below the first two.
MartyBall4Buffalo Posted June 20, 2006 Posted June 20, 2006 I havent seen it yet but I've read they didnt really play out the whole jean gray/phoenix storyline. Which is basically why I wanted to see this 3rd installment.
Dibs Posted June 21, 2006 Posted June 21, 2006 It was absolutely pathetic...& I loved the first two....& I was not hoping for too much from the 3rd. Did anybody else notice that just after the bridge moving scene it changed from bright midday sunlight to pitch black nighttime???? That was some baaaaad movie making.
