/dev/null Posted June 16, 2006 Posted June 16, 2006 Ko Simpson takes the starting job from Troy Vincent late in the season
Matt in KC Posted June 16, 2006 Posted June 16, 2006 1) The Bills give up less sacks than the league average 2) JP has 90% of the posters on TSW believing in him by mid-season 3) Lindell has a strong year after a preseason refreshingly free of negative thoughts (and posts) directed his way 4) The Bills show heart, if not wins, in a respectable effort for the year 5) An unexpected player makes the pro-Bowl from the Bills 6) New England finishes in third place in the AFC East What can I say... I'm an optimist. Edited 6/18/06: I only just now saw I was supposed to make this bold.
PromoTheRobot Posted June 16, 2006 Posted June 16, 2006 The Bills finish higher than the Dolphins. PTR
stinky finger Posted June 16, 2006 Posted June 16, 2006 2) JP has 90% of the posters on TSW believing in him by mid-season 709321 I predict I'll be in the 10% bracket... *Bonus prediction* RW.......well......lets just say he won't be down for every pregame breakfast.
R. Rich Posted June 16, 2006 Posted June 16, 2006 Melvin Fowler will be a vast upgrade @ center from Trey Teague.
cgang Posted June 16, 2006 Posted June 16, 2006 Peerless as secondary receiver (with Evans as primary) is the comeback player of the year and surpases Moulds in receiving yards AND TDs this year.
X. Benedict Posted June 16, 2006 Posted June 16, 2006 I shuffled the Tarot cards, something about Justin Bannan....
X. Benedict Posted June 16, 2006 Posted June 16, 2006 I shuffled the Tarot cards, something about Justin Bannan.... 709394 Oh yes, It is clearer now, he ends up with the Bills.
Sisyphean Bills Posted June 16, 2006 Posted June 16, 2006 Running neck and neck with the Jets all the way.
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted June 16, 2006 Posted June 16, 2006 I predict JSP will have a massive stroke by the third quarter of week 1. 709186 Hardly. I predict that all my previous predicitins about the trainwreck that is the Bills will prove correct. Sorry, polyannas, this ain't the NHL. The rules haven't been changed to allow teams with no OL to win.
ganesh Posted June 16, 2006 Posted June 16, 2006 Roscoe Parrish will lead the league in punt returns. (YPR) I think that fowler and reyes can do decent. The real question is what has been worse for the Bills. Having sh-- o-linemen or having a revolving door of linemen, since we have started roughly 83 different linemen the past 3 years. 709182 I think Fowler is going to be the Key Acquistion this year.....Teague was pushed right back on to the QB many a time, collapsing the pocket from the interior. He just wasn't the right center for a AFC East team...... If Fowler can provide the necessary protection to the pocket, and give the QB the extra space and second to see the field, this Offense will be better than last year.
ganesh Posted June 16, 2006 Posted June 16, 2006 I say the departure of Mularkey and the Misfits (wait! Jerry Gray is blitzing again!) adds up to three wins from last year, putting us at a respectable 8-8 this year. 709192 If the new defensive scheme can let our players walk off the field after a 3rd and long then I will be really happy......Having opponents convert on 3rd and long repeatedly kills your team...

Pine Barrens Mafia Posted June 16, 2006 Posted June 16, 2006 Could you clarify your position on how you think the Bills will fare this year? 709422 You don't really want me to do that.
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted June 16, 2006 Posted June 16, 2006 I knew you were brighter than your posts indicate. 709426 Oh the wit, the wit. I think I'm permanently scarred.
R. Rich Posted June 16, 2006 Posted June 16, 2006 Oh the wit, the wit. I think I'm permanently scarred. 709452 Geez, Joseph. I know you aren't scarred. You're a lot like me in that respect; you don't discuss matters you don't care about. You just ignore them.

Crap Throwing Monkey Posted June 16, 2006 Posted June 16, 2006 I boldly predict that we'll see the Mickey Mouse fake end-around bull sh-- reverse !@#$tard halfback option screen pass for a loss run by Miami more times than by the Bills. Which is just fine with me, frankly.
