We did have several players over there, so we likely have a few exemptions from that. Also, it's possible that some players, I'm thinking specifically like TKO & Everett aren't really on the roster, but rather some 'list'.

We didn't have 13 NFLE players. Maybe we have to trim 10 before camp?
