Rico Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 My favorite memories of Bennie were when I would sit in a sports bar here in Baltimore, surrounded by Ravens fans, and LMAO everytime he would stumble and bumble as a Raven. Payback's a B word.
mary owen Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 *crickets chirping* 706084 if my favorite memory occured today, could it really be categorized as a memory?
I Forgot My Last Username Posted June 9, 2006 Author Posted June 9, 2006 if my favorite memory occured today, could it really be categorized as a memory? 706088 If Bennie Anderson falls in the woods, does he make a sound?
Ramius Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 I miss bennie. If somehow holcomb makes it on the field as the starting QB, we'll need bennie to get one of our youngsters back out there.
Albany,n.y. Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 Anyone know someone in Buffalo who owns a restaurant Bennie used to frequent? That's who will really miss Bennie, along with all our opponents.

He is probably the one man who can singlehandedly put the Olde Country Buffet out of business with his performances at the dinner table.

Frez Posted June 10, 2006 Posted June 10, 2006 The Ravens fans laughed in our face when we signed him.
Crap Throwing Monkey Posted June 10, 2006 Posted June 10, 2006 Remember that awesome pancake block that took out both the defensive end and outside linebacker and sprung McGahee for that long touchdown run? Yeah, neither do I...
gobillsinytown Posted June 10, 2006 Posted June 10, 2006 My favorite memory is one that I'm sure endeared him to so many of his coaches and teammates: His novel approach on pulling plays. Most guards do the usual thing and actually hit the hole before the running back gets there. Not Bennie. His unorthodox approach of letting the running back get there first, so he could be blown up by the linebacker, was a stroke of genius! I'm telling you, he's ahead of his time!
/dev/null Posted June 10, 2006 Posted June 10, 2006 my all time favorite Bennie Anderson movie was his cameo in Brokeback Mountain when he, umm. hell i dunno i've never seen Brokeback Mountain. Nor do i have any fond memories of Bennie Anderson
crazyDingo Posted June 10, 2006 Posted June 10, 2006 I used to love it when he would smack that little bald guy on his head and then those sexy English girls would come out and excercise or stretch and at the end of every show a whole group of people would chase him around while they played his theme music. wait.. Bennie WHO?
