He was a great big game player for the most part.
MartyBall4Buffalo
THANK YOU C. Biscuit I pointed this out in another thread, but eh. Like someone told me though this is more a popularity contest then a judgment of who was the better player, and quaterbacks tend to win popularity contests. Thurman imo would win hands down over Jim Kelly. Kelly was pretty bad when it came to the postseason
Dibs
Anyways, that's just my two cents. And please keep in mind that I'm an idiot. 706487 tee hee, that was a funny was to finish. It's far easier on all to argue who was the better of two greats rather than our typical arguments over which Bill is not going to make it. I find I tend to veer towards the last good argument I read between the two. They are both legends & as a fan it is really hard to pick who I would kick off the Island. In the end I voted against Jim based on TT being my first favourite....no logic at all.

Obviously, the QB is always going to be the most popular player and the guy who gets all the chicks. But TT was the what made this offense go. I think a good example of this the Rams with Warner and Faulk. Warner put up crazy numbers but Faulk was the guy teams feared. I think this was similar to Kelly and Thurman. You can't lose with either Kelly or Thomas and it's a nice argument to have. In the end, the QB will get the glory (and in fairness the QB also gets the brute of criticism). But TT did it all and was one of the greatest ever (I'd say at least top 10). As great as Kelly was, he isn't in the top 15. But you can't lose either way. Cheers. Just Jack
How did the Thermal the traitor make it this far. Maybe the Felons can vote him on their island, but when he wore those colors, he should never be associated with the Bills. 706489 Because all the young kids voted off names they did not recongnize from Bills history. alg
This whole thing may have been valid if you had included Steve Tasker on the original list.

Tasker would have won Bills Survivor & until there is a Bills Survivor with Tasker in it, I view Jimbo wins by default. Go Tasker!!! Go Bills!
