Here is a list of 'dropped passes' percentages.

Evans had the 14th best percentage in the league.

As it happens, Moulds had the 11th.

Considering the terrible play at O-line & QB for us...what does this imply?

With an optimistic eye I can see Evans(super fast, agile & sure handed) blossoming into a #1 WR.

Darn....I even looked though the thread to see if it was there before I posted....missed it in the sea of quotation marks!

Are these correct? Chris Chambers really dropped 17 passes?!

BTW...I was watching the Denver game on TIVO the other day and Lee Evans dropped at least 3 in that game alone...so I find it hard to believe he dropped only 5 all year.

Evans at #14 is substantially better than Moulds at #11 because of the kinds of passes they were both thrown over the course of the year. Moulds' percentage goes way, way up because he was thrown 5 yard passes on three step drops.

I'll buy that... these stats by themselves don't come close to telling the whole story.

Notice How there's 4 players from philly on the "worst list".  Donovan must not throw tight spirals.

But....McNabb only played 9 games & at least 3 of those he was hampered by that sternum injury thingy. If you compare McNabbs stats to his backups(McMahon & Detmer) you see the reason appears perhaps to be them. Also T.O. might just have had 'lapses' in concentration due to his own 'issues'.

12 dropped passes between Moulds and Evans. If they had only dropped half as many passes, Losman might have been 119 for 228 for a 52% completion percentage -- and then maybe not an obvious bust. :P
