Iraq Vet Sues Michael Moore

Recommended Posts

It's probably going to boil down to whether-or-not he consented for NBC (the ones who took the initial footage) to do whatever they wanted with the video they shot. If NBC retains the rights to the footage and subsequent use thereof, then he's probably got no case.

A double-amputee Iraq-war vet is suing Michael Moore for $85 million, claiming he recycled an old interview and used it out of context to make him appear anti-war in "Fahrenheit 9/11."

Michael Moore creating propaganda? :D

Say it isn't so!!!

You're right...but Moore's still a sleaze-ball.

Bigger sleaze-ball than Rove, I think.

Definitely a far bigger sleazeball than Rove. Rove, at least, is in the sleazeball business (running campaigns and such in the diritier/hardball side of politics) and excels at it. Moore is not in the sleazeball business but chooses to be a sleazeball.
