K-gunner Posted June 5, 2006 Posted June 5, 2006 Cutting Gates would be completely ridiculous. Maybe he'll end up being nothing special, or maybe he'll be a total stud.....until we know, he needs to stick around. 702784[/snapback] I agree..The guy is still too young to give up on already.I'd like to see him get a ton of carries in the preseason before i make a judgement on him.
ndirish1978 Posted June 5, 2006 Posted June 5, 2006 We keep him and Gates, Shaud is gone. I dunno why everyone is so negative all the time. I mean Gibson and Thomas could both wind up playing well again and becoming valuable parts of the team. Just because a player slumps doesn't mean they are over and done with. I like Shaud but he's too small.
John from Riverside Posted June 5, 2006 Posted June 5, 2006 I agree ndirish.... Shawd Williams gets knocked over by a stiff wind.....we need guys that can run between the tackles and keep an offense moving when Willis pulls himself out of games for a blow.....
cantankerous Posted June 6, 2006 Author Posted June 6, 2006 On buffalobills.com recently Bobby April was talking about Shaud getting alot of punt return duty lately and he said he regrets not giving him more chances back there...a hint that maybe they like Shaud more than people think.
