AJ1 Posted May 18, 2006 Posted May 18, 2006 Exactly. MM can't be that dumb can he? If you have a young QB, you find ways to get him confidence with easy completions to rbs and tes. We rarely used either. So either Willis has worse hands than we think or MM is one of the dumbest coaches of all-time. Hopefully, it's the latter. 693857 The guy is an all-timer. Show me one case where he offered criticism of Grey's defense once in '05, never mind his idiot-level grasp of what an NFL offense should be. Which is one reason why JP will be automatically better this season, his fool of a head coach is gone.
EC-Bills Posted May 19, 2006 Posted May 19, 2006 It was inconceivable that the Mularkey/Clements led Bills didn't throw swing passes and flat passes to McGahee to get him into the open field and to give Losman some easy completions and confidence and down/distance. 693680 Yeah, but that would have made too much sense. We had to bait the other team with being predictable so we could run a trick play at just the "right" moment

Kelly the Dog Posted May 19, 2006 Posted May 19, 2006 hard to do when they planted him on the bench on 3rd down. another brilliant coaching philosophy 694274 I meant on first and second.
Stussy109 Posted May 19, 2006 Posted May 19, 2006 Nothing but good will come from this. Willis is our #1 offensive weapon and needs to utilized as such, plus, like most gamers, guys like him thrive on getting his hands on the ball, so more touches is definitely what the doctor orderd for WM and the Bills offense. 693722 I would Say Lee Evans, and Terrence McGee as a KR are our best offensive weapons. Refer back to numerous games for Lee including the 1st half of Miami last year. For McGee, This guy gains tons of yardage week in and week out.
