Shamrock Posted May 14, 2006 Posted May 14, 2006 I've started the planning to come and see the family stateside and am coming over in October or early November. Have settled on the Vikings or Green Bay as games to plan the trip around. I guess the Pack offers the last chance to say I've seen Brett Favre on the field (if he's not injured) and the Vikings...well...umm. McKinnie, Winfield...umm. Hope to catch some of you folk then- I'll be the one with the thick Aussie accent saying "G'day" and "Crikey" to everyone...

Those Gawd-awful purple Kool-aide Yikes unis will blind you and your loved ones. October's a more colorful time of year, but like I said, you'd have to take your chances with those purple unis.
mead107 Posted May 14, 2006 Posted May 14, 2006 oct game . could snow, but who cares and it could be 60 in nov .
B Rob Posted May 15, 2006 Posted May 15, 2006 Already got my tickets for the Vikes game.Well don't have them yet but got them off of stub hub.I think they are in section 219 club level endzone corner.
BuffaloBilliever Posted May 15, 2006 Posted May 15, 2006 I'm dying to see Winfield n' Smoot versus our Wide Recievers, and I want to see ol' big Pat do some dirty work. They'll both be decent games.
IDBillzFan Posted May 15, 2006 Posted May 15, 2006 If Favre is playing, I say go see the Packers game because it's about the only time all season we'll have an actual chance of winning a game.
Griz Posted May 15, 2006 Posted May 15, 2006 I'll be the one with the thick Aussie accent saying "G'day" and "Crikey" to everyone... 691013[/snapback] Hey, who you callin' Crikey???

Shamrock Posted May 17, 2006 Author Posted May 17, 2006 It's looking more like the Pack's game. Oh and I'll be saying Crickey a lot as I'm one of those Aussies that's never actually touched snow...I imagine it's kind of like being surrounded by a fridge that's frosted over!
