Guest Guest Posted October 1, 2004 Posted October 1, 2004 Motivated or not. Underdog or favourite. We have only won 4 times in the last 16 tries. I seriously doubt we make it 4 in 17 this weekend.
Guest Scrizzy Posted October 1, 2004 Posted October 1, 2004 The Pats can tie the record for most consecutive victories this week with 18 a fact that that Pats are well aware of. There is no trap for the Pats, they will be ready to play. If anything this is a trap for the Bills if they really believe in the foolish notion that the Pats won't be up for this game like so many fans here seem to.
Trevor Posted October 1, 2004 Posted October 1, 2004 Eventually the Pats will lose, because all teams eventually lose, but every game the Pats have played in the last 17 (when they weren't playing Indy or Tenn) have been described as trap games.
Doza Posted October 1, 2004 Posted October 1, 2004 Every game is a "classic trap game". Isn't a trap game when you play someone who is not as good as you are and they have a chance to win? Pats are the best team right now. We have injuries up the wazoo all of a sudden. One of our best recievers is out, and we lost our rookie tight end of the year. As long as the offense doesn't turn it over, we should be fine. Pats will win by 3. They will probably go to the 5 wides for the first quarter and score quickly to try to take Henry out of the game. Then they can give Dillon another 35 carries.
