Currently, XM has a higher chance of going bankrupt after failing to add as many subscribers as Sirius for the 2nd straight quarter, and with the probe into its billing and marketing procedures.

XM goes under and Sirius doubles its fees! Then the auto companies who contracted with XM start up their own after coochie-cooing Congress for the FCC license, and then go and smash Sirius to smithereens.
