I nominate Mike Williams for the most generic name award.  Dave Smith too.

I used to root for Akili Smith to make it so we could put together an all Smith team.

Hmmmm, I wonder if TB are thinking of converting MW to QB.

Then we could build the all Williams team.

I know why Jay McKee got so sick that he couldn't make the trip to Carolina tonight .... he watched Mike Williams eat.

when asked Thurman Thomas said, "Mike Williams was a bust and I don't expect a change of scenery in Tampa will help. Either you have IT or you don't have IT and he doesn't have IT. "

KFFL | Williams and Anderson Reunited on Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Historic Bills lardasses Mike Williams and Bennie Anderson have both been traded to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for a coupon for twenty cents off Shake-N-Bake.

Experts predict the entire Florida penisula may sink from all the fatness centralized in a single location.

Some physicists predict that this sinking will somehow create a black hole that sucks all of the world's mass into itself, destroying all life on Earth.

"They were pretty good pickups, I thought," said Tom Donahoe, behind the counter at the Dunkin Donuts store on Elmwood Avenue, "Fat equals good."

Ironically, Tom Donahoe may again find himself out of a job when the two players leave town as they were the best customers of that particular Dunkin Donuts branch.

"They used to come in here and load up on french crullers before heading over JP's house to play Madden," said a dejected Donahoe, a single tear running down his face.

When asked how possibly could Mike Williams and Bennie Anderson fit in the same store with him, Tom Donahoe turned serious, "A small boy died when they came in here one day on a binge," he said. "The worst part about it was that the corpse was unidentifiable by the police examiner."

Parts of that young boy are still embedded in Bennie Anderson's posterior. "That was one of the reasons we traded that fatass" said a suddenly enraged Levy. "He killed a small boy and didn't have the decency to at least get him surgically removed from his butt. It was becoming a locker room distraction. Some might say even a cancer."

I feel the banner on this site should be changed. There. That should get this thread banished to customer service. No? Let me try again.

Both Bush and Kerry deserved to lose the 2004 election. That comment should get this thread banished to the PPP board. No? Let's do this one more time. . . .

Who do you think's going to win the Rose Bowl this fall? Maybe now this thread will get moved to the college football section.

But no. This thread is here to stay. It's like a bad weed that just can't be gotten rid of. It's like mildew in your bathtub that just won't come out. It's like some stalker chick that just won't leave you alone. Run while you still can!

"Negative words from the head coach

Posted by: Fallasha

Posted on: 6/10/06 - 2:25 p.m.

Did anyone else hear Coach Jack Del Rio on "Jaguars This Week"? He said some pretty negative comments about Mike Williams during the brief interview. Most everyone assumed that picking this guy up was a good move. I was not one of them, but I was hoping that Williams would come in here and change my perception of him. Well, after hearing Del Rio's comments, I am now extremely skeptical of those who say that he will help this team.

Among some of the Head Coach's comments on Mike Williams were (paraphrasing): "He has not been impressive up to this point . Mike has a long way to go to even make this team. He knows where he needs to be, and Mike's not there yet. Stockar (McDougle) was more impressive during the minicamp and OTAs."

This is not a ringing endorsement for a player that many, including Tony Boselli, have penciled in as a starter when the regular season starts. This just further fuels my belief that not enough was done in the offseason to help our below average offensive line. The OL woes should have been addressed during this year's draft.

I don't know if I can take another season of the critics who blame Byron, Fred, Greg, or the receivers for the offense's lack of production. There may be weaknesses in some of those areas, but clearly the OL is the greatest area of concern on that particular side of the ball.

Go Jags '06

Fallasha"

And, yup, LaDairis just parroted that report. LaDairis has no idea what Mike Williams looks like in Jax right now. LaDairis has no idea who "Fallasha" is. LaDairis does know that there is a show called "Jaguars this Week" and that nobody is disputing what Fallasha claims to have observed on JTW on that board...

Sounds like Del Rio is glad that Tampa Bay was dumb to sign him.
