Every time someone questions the wisdom of taking a talented player with injure questions in the draft, I think of Thurman Thomas. Injuries can be fixed and heal, talent is something you have to take when you find it. Spending a low pick on such a player should be a no-brainer. Assigned him to the practice squad. They were very...very sure to give him IR status near the end of last season...can't pluck an IR ps'er. Knee is looking ok so far.
