LevysEraII Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 Peerless, Davis, Tripplett, McCargo, Whitner, Youbotey and Simpson. All of these guys can move. Add them to the cast of speedy players already on the roster such as Parrish, Evans, Everett, Losman, Schobel, Spikes, McGee and Clements. This team will be one of the fastest teams in the league. As the saying goes. You can't teach speed. I just hope it translates into wins.

Alaska Darin Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 Speed is all well and good. But can they play football? Think Willie Gault. 678294 Think before you type. Not one of these players is a track athlete trying to become a football player.

C.Biscuit97 Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 Speed is all well and good. But can they play football? Think Willie Gault. 678294 Willie Gault was a starting wr on a super bowl champion. He also has the best verse in Super Bowl Shuffle.
NorthWesternBill Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 OK, well Roscoe Parrish is a "football player" with extreme speed in college who didn't translate to the NFL. 678345 So does this mean we have you on the record dissmising Roscoe as a player who will never be a perenial starter?? I think that he has shown some elusivness and has a chance to be a key contributer..
Alaska Darin Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 OK, well Roscoe Parrish is a "football player" with extreme speed in college who didn't translate to the NFL. 678345 Yeah, I'm surprised that a rookie wideout had some growing pains on a bad football team. That's so abnormal.

Ghost of BiB Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 A chipmunk smoking a bowl? 678369 I'd guess buttons, but that's just my 70's showing.
syhuang Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 OK, well Roscoe Parrish is a "football player" with extreme speed in college who didn't translate to the NFL. 678345 You already write Roscoe off after one year in NFL. No wonder you like to grade a draft before the rookies play a NFL game.
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 You already write Roscoe off after one year in NFL. No wonder you like to grade a draft before any rookies play a NFL game. 678382 Why not? I'm sure you've written off JP after one year.
syhuang Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 Why not? I'm sure you've written off JP after one year. 678385 No, you're wrong again
