Last night I went to turn on my computer at home and wasn't getting any connect to the internet. I have Roadrunner Cable access.

 

So I checked the modem and the Cable light was not on. I unplugged the modem, unplugged the cable cord from the wall and let it sit for a while. It didn't do a darn thing.

 

So I called Time Warner and they said they would send someone out to look at it this weekend. The problem is my wife is having a fit b/c she needs to use the interenet for her online classes.

 

I'm going up to Time Warner this afternoon to pick up a new modem just in case that is the problem...but do you guys have any other ideas as to what the problem could be?
