Orton's Arm Posted May 1, 2006 Posted May 1, 2006 I love DA, but how many did he win again?? Well, he was the personnel guy when the Bills' 3-4 defense had all that success in the late '90s. In addition, he was with the Bills when TD had his best draft back in 2001. Adams was never the guy to make the final call, so you can't hold him accountable for win-loss records. But based on what little we know, it seems this guy's got his head on straight.
1billsfan Posted May 1, 2006 Posted May 1, 2006 How is this addressing the need? Just because these guys may (or may not) be better than Anderson, Teague et al...doesn't mean they're long term solutions at those positions. 679445[/snapback] I didn't say they were long term solutions. But generally you can't fix a team that has so many holes in one off-season. At least there's a good chance they'll be much better than Teague and Anderson who were the bottom of the barrel at their positions. At least the Bills have a plan even if that plan included temporary plugs on the line. TD didn't draft for defense so Marv had to clean up his defensive mess.
