Max997 Posted April 29, 2006 Posted April 29, 2006 Saints could drop to 6 and still possibly get D'Brick or even AJ Hawk I also think the Packers will draft V.Davis
VABills Posted April 29, 2006 Posted April 29, 2006 I believe you are correct. They were unwilling to match the 3rd for Travis last year, but everything I heard was they were the likely candidate for Travis Pet Rock Henry. They have needed a good running back for a while, and this would help with the development of Smith quite a bit. In addition NO needs defensive help and none of the defenders are worth a #2 at this point/.
BillsFanInTexas Posted April 29, 2006 Posted April 29, 2006 I disagree...they can get D'Angelo Williams later in the first round, meaning they'll have 2 weapons (V Davis and Williams/Maroney/White) in the 1st round to help the offense.
Max997 Posted April 29, 2006 Author Posted April 29, 2006 I dont see Williams dropping to 24 White is too much of a risk for them ( i think he falls to Pitt at 32 ), might be too high for Maroney Bush playe high school ball with A.Smith..not that it means anything

That could make a difference if they ask any input from Smith.
