KD in CA Posted April 27, 2006 Posted April 27, 2006 Again I'll miss him. IMO, he is the voice of college football.
BuckeyeBill Posted April 27, 2006 Posted April 27, 2006 He made the Buckeye's National Championship game quite memorable. I will miss him.

KD in CA Posted April 27, 2006 Author Posted April 27, 2006 C'mon K...how can you be an irish fan and still be able to stomach Jackson? Good riddance! 671912 Yeah I know he's a PAC-10 homer, but he still has the best voice in the biz. It's not like he's Brent Musberger or anything!
Like A Mofo Posted April 27, 2006 Posted April 27, 2006 Correct me if I am wrong, did Keith Jackson retire 2 or 3 times already?
Ghost of BiB Posted April 27, 2006 Posted April 27, 2006 Yeah I know he's a PAC-10 homer, but he still has the best voice in the biz. It's not like he's Brent Musberger or anything!671920 Argh... He bought a place in Savannah, used to run across him at one of our favorite seafood places from time to time. I don't think he ever got a tan, always got fried shrimp and fries (in the land of fresh steamed shrimp) and sounds about as exciting in person as he does on TV to talk with. Actually, he's more interesting on TV.
stuckincincy Posted April 27, 2006 Posted April 27, 2006 Yeah I know he's a PAC-10 homer, but he still has the best voice in the biz. It's not like he's Brent Musberger or anything! 671920 Very distinctive voice. Speaking of Musburger, early in his career he did a lot of football and basketball play-by-play on radio - and he was good at it.
CajunBillsBacker Posted April 27, 2006 Posted April 27, 2006 Will he be able to take his lips off of Pete Carrols ass long enough to sign his papers?
R. Rich Posted April 27, 2006 Posted April 27, 2006 Will he be able to take his lips off of Pete Carrols ass long enough to sign his papers? 671957 Be nice now, cajun. He was plenty nice to the Bayou Bengals when they won the title OUTRIGHT a few years back.
