rockpile
I won't bump this again, but will let you know the final pledges collected and how the walk went. I know we all have personal causes we champion: church, ALS, homeless shelters, battered women, Katrina Relief, or perhaps your local fire department. None of us can support every need. Whether or not you choose to sponsor me, I hope you have a cause or find a cause and support it! God Bless you all and thanks to those who have helped MY personal cause. TSW is a great bunch of people. Charity begins at home. If you choose to sponsor me here is the link: MS WALK
IDBillzFan
Gratuitous bump. Too bad you're not a hockey player who just de-cleated an opponent in a playoff game. Then EVERYONE would be rushing to sponsor you. How goes the pledge tally versus last year?

That is about $100 less than last year, but FANTASTIC anyway - and there is time left! My thanks again to all. (that WAS a great hit! )

(that WAS a great hit! ) 670710 Okay folks. A fellow lifetime Bills fan is $100 short of a small goal aimed at a huge challenge, so here's the deal: if we can get people here to collectively pledge enough to meet last year's number, I will match that number up to $150, which will collectively blow the every-loving crap out of last year's number. I have a good friend who, like the Rock, is beating this thing, so tremendous progress is being made. Hopefully some of you can take five minutes and donate five or ten bucks. Who's with me? IDBillzFan
Just received a PM from somone on the board (who wishes to be anonymous) pledging $25 more! That's $75 so far, plus my match, making it $150. Keep those cards and letters coming, folks!

rockpile
Is there a way to make a donation from PayPal?? 671308 Using your PayPal account, go to "My Account", "Send Money" to: rockpile@gmail.com I will transfer it to the on line MS pledge site, noting a donation from you. You can track this on my team site or I can send you a confirmation via e-mail. You can use a credit card or debit card to donate directly to the National MS Society, using the link in my signature. Thanks for asking!

Anything we can do to help will bring us that much closer to a cure. 673874 Way to go, Captain. With your contribution, we're hitting that magic # of $150 for my match, and we still have a week to go. Keep it coming, folks! And don't forget...Fezmid has a special offer if you really need the incentive. Check this out...a repost from the original MS Walk Thread. And let's keep it simple and apply this offer to new pledges so as to not make things messy for everyone, mmmkay? I did this last year for Rockpile and Campy, so will do it again since it was a pretty big success. (relatively speaking) As some may know, I have a bunch of Bills DVDs available to TSW members ( http://www.stadiumwall.com/index.php?showtopic=9546 ). Well, if you want to donate to Rockpile, but want some Bills DVDs as well, here's a deal for you: If people want to contribute to Rockpile, but also want some DVDs, and are torn between the two, you can do both at once. Pick 4 DVDs for $25 (or 8 DVDs for $50), and all $25 (or $50) will go to Rockpile (ie: I'll eat the shipping costs and the media). I'm not sure what the deadline is for Rockpile, but I'm guessing it needs to be done in the next few weeks. You can either pay me directly via PayPal or check (see the thread linked above) and I'll send the money on to Rockpile at the end, or you can contact him for payment information and he can forward the DVD request to me after he receives your pledge. Either way works. If anyone's interested, PM me. CW
jayg
I usually reply. It's late here but want you to know you have my support. The love of my life has MS(relapsing remitting) but, my supporting her, I hope you know that I support you. MS has touched my life in so many ways. My best friend, his sister, their father and aunt have MS. Bless you and all of them! I won't bump this again, but will let you know the final pledges collected and how the walk went.
