I thought there was gonna be an uproar over his smart ass remarks, but nothing. Have we fallen that hard?

It's a good point. BB said in his book that he was tired of thinking that his Defense was good because they played aginst Buffalo's "Horse(blank) O-Line."

He also said that when he was with the Jets, he relished playing against DB becuse he didn't possess the patience or skill to handle a cover 5 defense.

BB also said that Lawyer Milloy graded out poorly in his final year with NE.

What if this book came out before the NE game 2 years ago? People in BillsNation would have been pi$$ed!

We may not want to admit it, but many of us have already written off this team as a loser. Let's hope the Bills can pull of an upset this Sunday and return the fire to many ashen hearts.

How dare he say that we have a bad O-line. Doesn't he know that people on this board have said that we cannot say anything bad about the O-line.

Sarcasm off.

"Hey, he can't do that to our pledges, only we can do that to our pledges"

"My advice to you is to start drinking heavily"

"Better listen to him, he's in pre-Med"

BB has every right to talk stevestojan. His team won the superbowl last year and are undefeated this year. Other then Milloy (who I think is still pretty damn good), he's right on the money about our O-Line. Looking back at Bledsoe's early years, his favorite target in New England was TE Ben Coates. Maybe he can't handle a cover 5 without a speedy Peerless Price.

There simply isn't much too say beyond windbag braggadocio after our 0-31 drubbing at the hands of NE at the end of last season, after needing to fire our HC last year and start over (not from scratch but near there), after NE won it all for the econd time in three years and after a horrndous close but no ciga 0-2 start.

The starting point (at least even a sem-logical one) has to start on the field this Sunday with the Bills at least making a good showing and really protecting our houseinthe face of an NE team which can set a consecutive wins record.

A lot of BBs rantings are simply the victor writing the history out of convenience. For example, it is correct that BB recognize that Milloy was on backend of his career and did not merit the impact his contract would have on the team by NE honoring it. However, the implication I have seen from his remarks that Milloy was done, a bad player, a negative leader for the Pats, and not NE material was simply not BB's views when he was trying to get Milloy signed to a low-ball deal.

BB would have happily taken Milloy for a little less money than Milloy demanded, and probably would have said he is a great guy who we are glad to have if Milloy had "rolled over" and taken meres millions instead of multi-million of dollars from Bb and the Pats for his services.

However, despite the conveniences of Bb's revisionist views, the facts are the Bills sucked at the end of last season and have done nothing yet on the field to reverse this conclusion.

Hope springs eternal for us fans this weekend though so we'll see.

Only the team can do anything about it. I hope they saw it and get fired up on Sunday and prove him wrong...prove us wrong for that matter too, we've seen the same thing he has. :D

Well the guy has won two super bowls and has been the ultimate judge of talent over the last half of his career. Can't really argue with his remarks.

His remarks are on the money.

Are line is probably the worst in the NFL at this point. Look at both the running and passing game. Horrible.

But, by calling us out perhaps it will put a fire under our butts....but I doubt it.

People are not reacting to this, IMO, because it was not your garden variety A-hole who made the comments. BB is known for his cool demeanor and quiet, straight forward persona, couple that with his record v. ours and it's pretty tough to just dismiss this as bulletin-board fodder.

corollary: He may be an A-hole, and the Pats may be the dirt wedged in the tread of my shoe, but how can you over-react to his comments when you know he is right? The only reaction left is to try to improve yourself.

He also said that Nate Clements was overrated.

This might be his most accurate statement...but don't tell that to people on this board who think he's on the verge of the Pro-Bowl...

I only hope that the bills players have seen it.....and do something about about it....
